Return and exchange mechanism: Contact our customer service through effective communication channels (email, mobile number) shown on our page. Provide us with the order number and the type of process (return or exchange) to the email address. Take pictures of the product and clarify the reason for the return or exchange. Clarify the delivery date of the product from the company to you. If approved, you will be provided with a shipping policy within less than 24 hours that contains all your return and exchange data and information, through which you can deliver the product to the shipping company. After the product arrives to us, it will be inspected and confirmed that it is in its original condition as received, and we will ship the replacement order in case of exchange or refund the amount if it is a return. The return period is 3 days and the exchange period is 7 days from the date you receive the order from the shipping company or the courier. One day for returns and 3 days for exchanges if there are items in the order with promotional offers or discount coupons. Returns and exchanges are excluded: Due to the nature of our carefully crafted designs for your beauty, returns and exchanges are excluded for the following cases: if the information for the return or exchange request is incorrect regarding measurements and contradicts the attached order. - If the product was delivered in a non-original condition and does not include the attachments, the order, or the original purchase invoice. - If the delivery period for the return or exchange request is violated. - Manufacturing defects (any damage to the product caused by the customer). Accordingly, shipping fees, return fees, and the remaining refund will be calculated.
